Because our rollers and oils are personal-use skincare items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve left our facility. This ensures the integrity and safety of every customer’s product.

Every order is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards of purity, packaging, and performance. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo at support@moco-skin.com, and our team will make it right.

Why we don’t allow returns:
Our oils are made with natural ingredients and no preservatives. Once opened or handled, we can no longer guarantee the sterility or safety of the formula—so rather than resell or reuse, we choose to protect our customers’ wellbeing.
